As a young child, I grew up with hamsters and guinea pigs as pets. They were a joy to keep and interact with, and often showed affection. One of my guinea pig would even recognise me unlocking the main door to the house and would make ‘wheeking’ sounds to greet me!
When I grew up, I realised that there wasn’t enough easy-to-read information that was in a single place about the different types of rodents that can be kept as pets.
I created this website to help everyone, young and old, to easily gain more knowledge about rodents: how to choose them, how many to get, how to feed and take care of them etc.
I hope you enjoy reading the articles as much as I have enjoyed putting them together for you!
